About the Role

As a Lifestyle Coordinator at Seasons, you will plan and implement client-focused individual lifestyle plans to enhance the health and wellbeing of residents.

Core Responsibilities

• Plan programs/calendars of events in consultation with clients and significant others.
• Communication with staff and volunteers in a warm and friendly manner.
• Liaison with service providers and the general public.
• Coordination and facilitation of suitable activities.
• Documentation and report of client involvement.
• Ensure privacy, confidentiality and dignity of clients and staff.

Top Skills

• Tertiary qualifications in Diversional Therapy.
• Previous experience in aged care.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Community Care Common Standards and Residents Rights and Responsibilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to comply with organisational policies and procedures including OHS.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate at all levels both internally and externally.
• Ability to coordinate tasks, set priorities and be responsive to a changing environment.
• Interest in ongoing personal and professional development.
• Empathy for and a desire to work with the aged.
