We currently offer Try Before You Buy at the following communities; Mango Hill, Waterford West and Sinnamon Park.
The minimum stay at one of our Try Before you Buy apartments is 3 days. However, we find most of our potential residents choose to stay for a week or two so they get the full Seasons experience. We are happy to discuss any term or stay on a case by case basis.
A short term stay apartment is available for seniors from just $89 a night for singles and $109 per night for a couple.*
*Should care be required the cost will vary dependant on your personal needs and length of stay
You don’t need an ACAT assessment to stay in short term care at Seasons. All short term residents undergo a care assessment prior to their stay.
This is to ensure care levels are accurate and that we can tailor care to suit your individual needs and preferences.
Seasons personal and nursing care is delivered by our onsite care team. There’s the peace of mind that hourly staffing levels are set in response to care needs, day and night.
Seasons Try Before You Buy stays are not funded through a government respite program. Our try before you buy offering was developed because we recognised that a lot of people who might want to purchase at Seasons are a bit scared of committing to something they may not like.
If you receive a Home Care Package and there are funds available in your contingency allowance, it may be possible to use some of these funds to pay for your care during your Try Before You Buy stay.
