About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Operations & Compliance Manager to lead the delivery of safe, high-quality, and compliant care services across a regional portfolio. This clinical leadership role is responsible for overseeing operational performance, clinical governance, and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement and strong business outcomes. Working closely with care teams and senior leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional resident outcomes, service excellence, and sustainable growth.
This is a full-time role based at Seasons Support Office in Brendale, with travel required to spend time in our communities where necessary.
You will:
- Lead regional care operations across multiple sites, ensuring safe, consistent, and person-centred service delivery while managing escalations and complex care matters
- Oversee clinical governance and compliance, maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) and embedding policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements into daily practice
- Manage audits, risk, and compliance activities, including identifying gaps, monitoring risk registers, and delivering corrective actions and measurable improvements
- Drive incident, SIRS, and complaints management processes, ensuring thorough investigation, timely reporting, and implementation of preventative strategies
- Take accountability for financial and operational performance, including P&L, budget management, labour costs, and optimisation of service utilisation
- Lead, coach, and develop multi-site Care Managers and teams, using data and performance insights to build capability, improve outcomes, and drive continuous improvement

You’ll also bring:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or equivalent clinical discipline (essential)
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams across multiple services or sites (essential)
- Experience in aged care, home care, community services or similar healthcare environment (essential)
- Experience in clinical governance, quality, risk, and compliance (essential)
- Postgraduate qualifications in clinical givernance, leadership, management, aged care or health (desirable)
- Experience in Support at Home or Home Care Packages (desirable)
- While this role is Monday to Friday, from time-to-time support may be needed for a 7 day a week, 24/7 business, taking after hour calls and/or supporting with critical situations
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Current National Police Check.
