As a Cleaner at Seasons Mango Hill, you’ll play a meaningful role in maintaining a safe and happy living environment for our elderly residents. With a strong focus on building warm, trusted relationships, this is an enjoyable and rewarding role within a collaborative workplace.

This is a Part Time opportunity, approximately 25 hours a week.

You will: 

• Deliver high‑quality cleaning services in line with established schedules, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, waste management, restocking supplies and assisting with laundry.

• Build a rapport with residents, upholding Seasons values and contributing to a positive culture within the community.

• Ensure a safe and hazard‑free environment, following workplace policies and WHS requirements.

• Maintain high hygiene standards and follow infection control procedures.

• Work independently and within a team, demonstrating effective communication, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.

Who we’re looking for:

You’re someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work, enjoys working collaboratively within a team, and is genuinely passionate about supporting older people.

You’ll also bring:

• 1yr+ experience in an operational cleaning role.

• Unrestricted Australian working rights.

• Current national police check.

• Certificate III in Aged Care (desirable).
