About the Opportunity
As a Personal Care Worker with Seasons Living, you’ll play a meaningful role in supporting residents with daily living and wellbeing in their Seasons home, with a strong focus on person-centred care and building warm, trusted relationships.
We have multiple opportunities available including Casual and Permanent Part-Time (approximately 8-20 hours per week), and the successful candidate must be able to pick up overnight shifts where needed.
You will:
- Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care aligned with residents’ assessed needs, goals and preferences.
- Assist residents with personal care, meals, housekeeping, mobility, medication, transport and companionship.
- Maintain accurate, timely and professional documentation.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, colleagues and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with nurses, care partners and the broader community team, contributing to a positive team culture.
- Follow all relevant legislation, care plans, policies and procedures while contributing to continuous improvement.
Who we’re looking for:
You’re someone who is caring, reliable, enjoys working collaboratively within a team, and is genuinely passionate about supporting older people.
You’ll also bring:
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (essential)
- Experience within aged care, home care or community care settings.
- Valid First Aid & CPR certification (required)
- Current National Police Check or willingness to undertake (required)
- Unrestricted Australian working rights (required)
- Open driver’s license (desirable)
