Story by Rhylea Thompson
Fifteen years ago, Apple released the first iPad and the world’s tallest building opened in Dubai, but one of the most notable moments for Seasons was Ben Flett joining the Maintenance Team at the Mango Hill community.
Whether he’s keeping the gardens looking schmick or attending to the community’s pet birds, no task is too much for Ben.

Staff and residents recently celebrated Ben’s incredible 15 year anniversary of working at Seasons, with surprise speeches, a special gift and of course a delicious chocolate cake.
Seasons Regional Community Manager Dustin Hopkins said Ben’s 15 year milestone was a testament to his dedication, commitment and loyalty to the community as a whole.
“Staff who are invested in their role, team and community, who are reliable and who demonstrate the Seasons Values are staff who, by their own merit, are valuable and worth nurturing and encouraging,” he said.

Highly respected by his colleagues, Seasons residents and their families, Ben was described by colleagues as hardworking, adaptable and always polite.
“Ben cares for his team and has a great deal of knowledge of the community. Without fail, Ben will say a cheery hello and goodbye each shift,” Mr Hopkins said.
“He is not only valued for his contribution to the community through his work ethic, but he is also a valued and respected member of the team.”
On behalf of the entire Seasons team and residents, we are pleased to congratulate Ben and would like to extend our gratitude for his ongoing contributions.
