Q: What do you love most about your job?
A: What I love most is the people – both our residents and the team. Every day is different and being able to create experiences that genuinely brighten someone’s day is incredibly rewarding. There’s a real sense of community here, and that’s something I truly value. The moments that stand out the most are when you see residents happy and engaged. Whether it’s during an event or a simple day-to-day interaction, those moments are always a reminder of why I love what I do.

Q: What is your career background?
A: My background is in hospitality, events, and marketing, which has given me a great balance of operational and people-focused experiences. Before joining Seasons, I worked across a range of roles, from coordinating large-scale events to leading teams. It’s been a journey that has really shaped how I lead and connect with people today.

Q: What inspired you to pursue a career in the aged care industry?
A: I have always been drawn to roles where I can work closely with people and create meaningful experiences. Being able to make a positive impact, even in small ways, is what drives me and this industry gives me the opportunity to do that every day.
