We also know that as we age, things can become a bit more difficult to do which can sometimes stop us from doing the things we enjoy. Our vision is for you to live in your own Seasons home on your terms and with the care you deserve.
We are often asked how we make this happen. The support we provide at Seasons is based on our onsite care team meeting with you and your family to understand what it is you need to remain in your home. We know everyone is different so we work in partnership with you to develop a support structure that suits you. We also don’t want to take over; we know how scary it is to get older and to lose control over what happens in your life.
This is what makes us different from other retirement villages.
We are committed to ensuring the safety of our residents so all apartments and the public areas of our communities have been fitted with emergency call points. If you are ever in trouble, all you need to do is press one of these points or your own personal pendant and one of our team will be there to assist.
We continually train our team in responding to emergencies and have Registered Nurses available both onsite and on-call to provide advice and support where required.
If you require more assistance our Care Coordinators will be able to help you access government-subsidised assistance.
