Seasons Mango Hill is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations and clinical governance of our 30-bed boutique residential aged care facility, Care Suites. Reporting directly to the Executive Manager Care, this is a unique, hands-on leadership opportunity that blends the responsibilities typically associated with both a Residential Manager and a Clinical Manager role. 

Due to the smaller, boutique nature of Care Suites, this role offers broad exposure across all aspects of residential aged care operations, clinical oversight and workforce leadership. It is an excellent opportunity for a clinician looking to broaden their leadership capability, gain increased exposure across governance, compliance and operational management, and develop a well-rounded understanding of residential aged care beyond a traditional Clinical Manager role.   

You will:  

• Lead and oversee the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred clinical care, ensuring compliance with aged care standards, policies and regulatory requirements. 

• Manage clinical governance activities including care planning, assessments, documentation, and monitoring of resident outcomes and risks. 

• Oversee incident management and SIRS compliance, including investigations, reporting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions. 

• Drive clinical quality and continuous improvement initiatives through analysis of quality indicators, audits, and performance data. 

• Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a small multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative environment that supports professional growth and high performance. 

• Ensure effective infection control, medication management, and risk management practices, while collaborating with internal teams and external providers to enhance resident outcomes.

We’re seeking a confident clinical leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will bring strong clinical expertise in aged care, along with well-developed skills in care planning, clinical governance, and risk management. A proactive and collaborative approach is essential, with the ability to lead, mentor, and support care teams while driving continuous improvement and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. 

You’ll also bring: 

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (essential) 

• Demonstrated experience in a clinical leadership role (essential) 

• Experience in aged care or similar healthcare environment (essential) 

• Postgraduate qualifications in clinical care, leadership, or aged care (desirable) 

• Proficiency in care management systems and Microsoft Office 

• Flexibility to meet operational demands within a 24/7, 365-day residential care environment, including taking after hour calls and/or supporting with critical situations where required. 

• Unrestricted Australian working rights. 

• Current national police check.
