You are a confident and influential hospitality leader with strong commercial acumen and a resident-first mindset. You thrive in complex, multi-site environments and balance financial discipline with service excellence. Values-led and people-focused, you enjoy coaching leaders, improving systems and creating hospitality experiences that promote dignity, choice and enjoyment for older people.
You’ll also bring:

- Access to retail discounts through our employee app, including movies, gyms, travel, insurance and more.
- Wellbeing support through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and a positive, purpose-driven workplace, grounded in collaboration.
