About the Opportunity
Seasons Mango Hill is looking for a friendly Maintenance & Facilities Coordinator to join our beautiful community, overseeing general maintenance and presentation. If you enjoy day-to-day variety in your work, collaborating with a team, and building trusted relationships with elderly Australians, their families and stakeholders, we want to hear from you.
This is a full time opportunity, Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm.
You will:
- Coordinate all preventive, planned, and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring a safe, compliant, and well‑run environment.
- Schedule and motivate trades and contractors, ensuring top‑quality work and consistent service delivery.
- Manage day‑to‑day community upkeep, including grounds care, waste management, and resident maintenance requests.
- Keep facilities running smoothly by maintaining accurate documentation, essential services plans, and an up‑to‑date Preventative Maintenance Program.
- Lead proactive facility care through regular inspections, quickly identifying and resolving defects to keep standards high.
- Support the team through confident communication, efficient admin tasks, and strong alignment with organisational policies, safety and compliance guidelines.
Who we’re looking for:
You’re someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable and proactive, and has a keen eye for ensuring safety and compliance. You’re a confident communicator who values community spirit and has a genuine passion for working with older people.
You’ll also bring:
- 2yrs+ experience in an operational hands-on facilities or maintenance role.
- Competent computer and technology skills.
- Flexibility with hours when workload demands or in case of emergencies.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Current national police check.
