ROLE OVERVIEW

About the Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to transfer your property management skills to a fulfilling role within the rewarding senior living and aged care industry.

Seasons is looking for a professional and proactive Property Manager to join our beautiful Sinnamon Park community, where you will manage a portfolio of rental communities, ensuring they are well maintained and presented, and fully leased. This diverse role involves managing caretakers, administration, maintenance and compliance, and addressing any resident issues. If you’re someone who is self-motivated, yet enjoys being part of a collaborative team, with great communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with our elderly residents, then we want to hear from you!

This is a permanent part-time role offering approximately 20 hours per week, based at Sinnamon Park with some travel to Redbank Plains and Eastern Heights.

You will: 

  • Drive strong performance by meeting all key KPIs and operational targets.
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and well‑presented community while proactively resolving resident concerns.
  • Oversee all tenancy processes, including move‑ins, departures, key management, and adherence to RTA and internal procedures.
  • Conduct regular rental inspections and manage all community incidents in line with legislative and organisational requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and record‑keeping standards across the community.
  • Collaborate with Leasing and Facilities teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely maintenance, and effective bond and paperwork management.

Who we’re looking for:

You’re someone who is proactive, organised and a great communicator. You are motivated by working towards targets and KPI’s, with a strong commercial focus. You enjoy interacting with older people and building trusted relationships.

You’ll also bring:

  • 2yrs+ experience in property management, administration, business and/or equivalent role.
  • Understanding of Residential Tenancies Act (desirable) and/or willingness to learn.
  • Exceptional computer skills and adaptability to learn new software programs.
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights.
  • Current national police check.
