Seasons is looking for a professional and proactive Sales & Business Development Consultant to join our beautiful Mango Hill community. Here you will engage and consult with customers to match their needs and support them through the sales process.

This is a full-time role based at Seasons state-of-the-art Mango Hill community, with over 240 units and onsite pool, cinema, restaurant, beauty salon and much more.
You will:
- Drive lead generation and sales growth through proactive networking, outreach, community engagement, and strategic partnerships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by guiding suitable prospective residents through a professional, end‑to‑end sales journey.
- Partner closely with the Leasing Coordinator to ensure accurate, timely completion of lease documentation and rental bonds, while maintaining compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with prospective residents, families, referrers, and local stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing team to identify market trends, competitive insights, sales initiatives, and community growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting, and a consistently high standard of presentation representing the Seasons Living brand.

- Experience in sales, account management or customer service role.
- Exceptional computer skills and adaptability to learn new software programs.
- (Desirable) Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
