About the Role
Seasons Sinnamon Park is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and experienced Enrolled Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing and personal care to residents on a part-time basis.
The successful candidate will work closely with care clients and their appointed representatives, allied health professionals, General Practitioners (GP) and relevant internal and external stakeholders and/or agencies, in relation to the provision of a range of holistic and contemporary nursing care services.
Seasons provides care and services 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, and as such we have a variety of shifts available including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends. This role will primarily require weekday shifts.
Core Responsibilities
- Provides best practice nursing care according to the agreed plan of care, professional standards, workplace policies and procedural guidelines.
- In collaboration with RN, participates in the provision of all aspects of personal and clinical care to care clients including those with complex clinical needs (specialist nursing care); palliative and end of life care
- Ensure care client care plans, assessments and other documentation is accurately updated and maintained in accordance with their individual clinical needs and preferences, in line with Seasons policies and procedures.
- Review and investigate all care related incidents (as requested), putting appropriate actions in place and ensuring senior management are informed of reportable SIRS (with oversight and support of the Care Manager).
- Provide clinical support and guidance to members of the care team.
- Participate in professional development and education opportunities to maintain professional currency and further develop clinical skills and understanding.
- Actively participate in developing cultural competence and demonstrate an understanding of individuals from a diverse range of cultures and backgrounds.
- Ensure medications are administered, documented, stored, and disposed of in accordance with regulations and organisational policies and procedures.
- Achieve a high level of responsiveness and clarity in communication with care clients, representatives, and relevant stakeholders.

- Well-developed written, verbal communication and mathematical skills with the ability to manage and share information effectively.
Requirements
- Must be a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) and Australia Health Practitioners Regulatory Authority (AHPRA) (Unencumbered).
- (Desirable) Knowledge of DVA Community Nursing Program, HCP, Aged Care Quality Standards and Code of Conduct for Aged Care and Charter of Aged Care Rights.
- First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Current national criminal check.
- Covid – 19 vaccination (desirable).
