About the Role
Seasons is seeking a professional maintenance worker to join our team overseeing general maintenance and presentation at our Sinnamon Park community.

Core Responsibilities:
- Coordinate preventive, planned, unplanned and breakdown maintenance, along with other projects with a strong focus on safety and compliance in liaison with management.
- Coordinate and schedule tradespeople to complete works and follow up to ensure jobs are completed at a high level and monitoring compliance.
- Care and maintenance of the grounds including waste management.
- Manage and carry out maintenance requests for residents as directed by management.
- Partner with contractors through regular and effective communication to review KPI and delivery to service agreements to drive consistency, compliance, and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate plans for essential services and accurately document changes and log general maintenance work.
- Audit vacated apartments and supervise work as required to return them to resale.
- Attend required meetings with management.
- Maintain and update Preventative Maintenance Program to ensure compliance.
- Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly inspections, ensuring accurate remediation of defects and non-compliances.
- Perform general office administrative tasks where required.

Requirements
- (Desirable) Trade qualification and/or equivalent relevant experience in a role.
- 2yrs+ experience in an operational hands-on facilities or maintenance role.
- Flexibility with hours when workload demands.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Current national criminal check.
