About the Role
As a Lifestyle Coordinator at Seasons, you will plan and implement client-focused individual lifestyle plans to enhance the health and wellbeing of residents.
Plan programs/calendars of events in consultation with clients and significant others.
Communication with staff and volunteers in a warm and friendly manner.
Liaison with service providers and the general public.
Coordination and facilitation of suitable activities.
Documentation and report of client involvement.
Ensure privacy, confidentiality and dignity of clients and staff.
Tertiary qualifications in Diversional Therapy.
Previous experience in aged care.
Demonstrated knowledge of Community Care Common Standards and Residents Rights and Responsibilities.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and maintain confidentiality.
Willingness to comply with organisational policies and procedures including OHS.
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate at all levels both internally and externally.
Ability to coordinate tasks, set priorities and be responsive to a changing environment.
Interest in ongoing personal and professional development.
Empathy for and a desire to work with the aged.
